Shipping/Returns

All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS (United States Post Office) with a delivery confirmation/tracking number for domestic packages.

International packages do not include a tracking number but are sent via USPS priority mail. If you would like a tracking number with your package it can be arranged if you contact me when you order your item. Please keep in mind that the rate for a tracked international package is higher and you will have to pay a higher shipping fee.
Please note - International buyers are responsible for all additional custom fees or import taxes. In addition, purchases cannot be marked as a “gift”.

I ship out packages Monday - Friday. Most items will ship within 1-3 business days.

I am not responsible for lost packages in the mail, but I'm more than happy to assist you in any way I can in trying to find a lost package. International buyers please be aware that your country's customs policies may affect the delivery time of your item.

Refunds or exchanges are ok on a case by case basis. All items must be in brand new/unworn condition, buyer pays shipping fees.

Please contact me to arrange a return or exchange, don't just ship it back!
